在橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)部結構下方(fang)設置反力基(ji)礎(chu)和(he)頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)托架,在反力基(ji)礎(chu)和(he)橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)部結構之(zhi)間(jian)設置多個(ge)墊有臨時墊塊(kuai)的(de)(de)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding),利用液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)將橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)部結構頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)到預定(ding)位置,頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)托架在頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)過程中對(dui)橋梁(liang)(liang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)部結構進行(xing)支撐(cheng),采用PCL液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)同步(bu)頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)控制系(xi)統控制多個(ge)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)進行(xing)同步(bu)頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)。該方(fang)法PLC液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)同步(bu)頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)控制系(xi)統對(dui)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)進行(xing)頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)控制,從根(gen)本(ben)上(shang)(shang)(shang)克服了液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)不同頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)的(de)(de)缺(que)陷(xian),從而精確(que)的(de)(de)控制了橋梁(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)位移和(he)姿(zi)態,使橋梁(liang)(liang)頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)具有良好的(de)(de)同步(bu)性,保證(zheng)了頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)上(shang)(shang)(shang)部結構的(de)(de)安全。
